This is the FIRST of many weekly yoga classes I'm excited to share with you!! These will all be AUDIO but I have a visual printable ready for you to download should you want to have a follow-along piece to each class.
This class is a 20 minute Slow Full Body Flow which would be a great addition to your exercise regime or as a stand-alone movement piece to your Sunday.
Give yourself a few weeks to embrace audio - it is meant to be a challenge for your focus as details for each pose will be touched on.
